I can't believe it's been a month and a half since I posted my menu plan. Can you tell that summer was very, very busy!! This is a big week for us - Austin starts preschool tomorrow morning! I'm going to make him a special dessert to celebrate, although I haven't picked out anything yet. Maybe even balloons at dinner time!
Here's our menu - let's see if we can stick to it!
Monday - Spaghetti & fesh fruit/veggies
Tuesday - Homemade Grilled Hamburgers & Oven Fries & Special "First Day of Preschool" Dessert!
Wednesday - Pork Chops, Applesauce, & Broccoli
Thursday - Sweet-n-Sour Chicken & Pasta
Friday - Ravioli Casserole
Saturday - Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli
Sunday - County Fair Food - yummy!

I was being a soccer mom for my friend Jenn on Tuesday night. I thought I'd be done before 8 PM but it didn't work that way. She got home at 9 from her kids' open house. I was sad to miss the get together! Next month I am flying down to San Jose to help my friend Lisa pack up her house & driving one of her vehicles to Dallas. I think I leave on the 15th -- is stamp club on the 14th??
Time to be a housecleaner here. I have been very lazy this morning/afternoon and if I get a teaching call for tomorrow, I'm in trouble!
