Two weeks in a row, baby! I'm getting good at this!
Monday - Pork Chops, Squash (in my Bountiful Basket this week!), Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. I also already made Chocolate Covered Oreo Cookie Cake for dessert!
Tuesday - Cheesy Crab Enchiladas, courtesy of a cookbook challenge with my MOMS Club.
Wednesday - Ravioli Casserole, garlic bread and salad
Thursday - Mini Pizzas, customized for each person - kids love this kind of dinner!
Friday - Grilled Rib Eye Steaks and Twice Baked Potatoes - we'll try this again since we cancelled it out last week.
Saturday - Family Birthday Party at my sister's
Sunday - Soup in a Bread Bowl - my oldest loves being able to eat his bowl! He is a bread junkie!
