Austin is definitely musically inclined, and it won't surprise me one bit if he sings or plays an instrument as he gets older. Currently, he loves rockin' out on his play guitar that Grandma and Grandpa got him for Christmas. He sings his own "rock" version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. It's so stinkin' cute to watch!
We spent the morning at the doctor's office today. I've had a head cold for two weeks, and both Gretchen and Daniel have been battling a bad cold too. But Gretchen's was really getting bad - I was afraid she might have bronchitis or something. So we made an appointment this morning, and the doc thought it might be strep, but thankfully it's just a really, really bad cold. So, continue greasing up her little chest, using the humidifier, and praying for relief. My own cold is getting worse, not better, and so it's been a hard couple of weeks. If I don't see some improvement by this time next week, I'm going back to the doctor for myself!
